92 beretta no spark or fuel

I have a 92 beretta with a 2.2L. I was driving the other day and the car killed, did not sputter at all it was like I just shut it off. After that I have not been able to get it running. I tried to hook up a snap on mt2500 to the car to read it to see if I could find the problem but it only tells me it cannot make communication with the vehicle(I have used this computer on this car before and it has worked in the past). I then pulled the plugs to see if the car was getting gas but the plugs are dry and also I don,t get any spark. I think possibly the ECU is bad?

It sounds like you are not getting voltage to the computer. Check the ECM fuse and the ECM ground.

Where is the ECM fuse is it in the fuse panel or somewhere else? I checked all the fuses in the fuse panel and they are all ok.

The fuse should be in the fuse panel, usually marked ECM/PCM.... Hope this helps!
