Oil change ecotec 2.2

Hi guys... im gonna change my oil this week.... Id like to know how many litres im gonna need in my ecotec 2002 2.2... and also since my filter is a cartrage... Id like to know the size socket i will need to remove it... Is it a 27mm... Thanks for the help in advance..

4-4.5 qrts. Sorry i'm american and we still use the standard system. I'm not sure of the oil wrench size, i never put one on my new engines yet.

i think its a 32 mm socket, but im not quite sure. just take and adjustable wrench and use that. works the same way. its easier if u remove the s-pipe for the air intake though

1 -1/4 socket and at least a 6 inch extension or you will never get your hand back.

Hi you guys... thanks for your great help like always... anyhow the oil change is done and it was very easy to do... replacing the oil filter was very simple.. and the socket was a 32mm... The hardest part was tightening the drain plug... well i didnt lift the car up... just got it at the tip of my driveway.. and slid underneath, not much room but i managed... Jobs done, car goes better..
