Rattle from passenger front wheel?

I bought a 2001 highlander and when ever I'm going over a wash board or cobble stone road the right front wheel rattles. It sounds like the dust cover for the breaks but that is tight. I'm wondering if it is the drive shaft in the axel. It also has new breaks but every time I drive it, it seems like a break is rubbing (hot break smell). The dealer fed me some bull s**t about it takes time for the breaks to break in. I've given them 800 miles to break in. I still get that smell. Could it be the transmission?

Re: Rattle from passenger front wheel?

The first step you want to do is too do a visual inspection of your steering suspension look for anything loose or out of place

youll be surprised how many auto problems are fixed with a visual inspection
