I have a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix SE. It has about 93k miles on it. Ever since summer, whenever the temperature outside gets warm, and I drive my
car more than 2 or 3 places, on the third stop, my car won't start. It will turn over but will not start. After letting it sit for anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 hours, it will then start. I should explain, that my car is not overheating, this is happening when the temperature outside gets warm.
I took it to the shop and changed my radiator fluid, (needed it anyways) I thought that helped, but didn't. Then, you are going to have to forgive me because I do not know much at all about
cars, but I took it to the shop and had the Ignition Modulator (???) replaced. It worked for about a month no problems, and now it has started having problems again. Does anyone have any suggestions. I feel like everytime I take the car in, I don't know if I am being told a fair price or if they are taking advantage of me. How much should it cost to do some sort of diagnostic test, or would that even be helpful...
