Angry stereo problem...

SHORT STORY
THE RADIO LIGHTS UP AND WORKS CORRECTLY BUT THERES NO SOUND TO MY SPEAKERS ONLY THE SUBS THROUGH THE AMP!!!
does anyone now wat i should check for

LONG STORY
so i changed my stock radio to an aftermarket and it worked fine....i hooked up an amp to my system and it was straight but the speaker was crap so it burnt the fuse to the battery out ...i got stupid and thought i didnt need the fuse so i took the power wire (disattached the fuse) and touched the two ends together ...my sounds worked again but then the cars speakers werent working... i got a new fuse and hooked it up correctly only the amp worked through the radios aux outputs... im sure the speakers work, i checked that already... but the wires from the radio dont give out sound to any speaker.....
