Here's the symptom, I own a 95 chevy P/U(350, 5.7L) and it idles high periodically. The funny thing is that it only does it when the A/C is running. Example, when its sitting still for a while w/AC running it idles high when taking off or accelerating into motion. It idles so high that i have to back off the accelerator to let it shift out of gear then accelerate again. I noticed this last summer only thing is that the first time i noticed it, i saw a sign of power steering fluid coming up out of the cap. I don't know if this means that i have a bad power steering pump or not. I bought this truck a little over two years ago and the transmission had been rebuilt so i doubt that i have a trans problem.
Yes, it does it mostly when the A/C is running and every blue moon when it isn't running. Sometimes when i'm at a light or something, if i put it in neutral and rev the engine a couple of times, it stops for a while and starts back. Where is the IAC located?

Passenger side of the TBI. Probably around an inch in diameter and screws into the TBI.
