Boom-boom-chicca-boom...

Heads on, lifters in, pushrods in, rockers on and adjusted, new timing chain on, wiring almost complete (bezel should be back from machine shop on
Monday)... gotta get a damper, timing cover gasket, and RTV and then I can finish up everything except the oil pan... damned ebay guy is taking his sweet-assed time.

Will post up some pic's tomorrow or Monday.

New balancer should be here today, new bezel should be done today... I'm getting so excited... if the damned oil pan and pickup would just get here I'd be all set.

Left cam in, figure it's not worth the hassle of pulling it... although I now have to pull the passenger side head--- stripped #2 head bolt block threads GOD DAMMIT!


Thank GOD for heli-coil though. If the guy who invented that was standing in front of me, I'd kiss him full on the lips.


Got the oil pan, etc, so I should have it totally back together over the weekend. I'll post up pictures of everything when I get it done.


(STILL can't get the F***ING steering wheel off though...)
