$cheap$ power

i have a '89 turbo 5speed. how can i get some extra power without spending to much and/or making it less reliable? thanks

I never reccomend removing the cats. You don't gain much of anything, but you do become a ticket magnet.

Turbo upgrade, new fuel pump, new fuel injectors, metal head gasket (should be the first thing), piggy back ECU, and some dyno time.
