The Key Hole

What in the heck is that key hole called.

I put my key in but it won't turn to the ACC position. I have to shake while turning and eventually it will kick over. I think I need a new key hole but I don't know the proper name of it. Can I put it in or does it have to be a lock smith? I need help guys.

It is my 1996 Toyota Corolla.

Re: The Key Hole

How much do you shake whilst turning? I find it helps to have a couple more drinks...
