I am currently looking at a couple of s10s. One of which has 267,000 miles and is a 2000 w/ LS package. It looks great cosmetically, but I am unsure as to what I should look for mechanically. I noticed that on the carfax that it had been used as a commercial vehicle for a few years in Georgia(This is where a majority of the miles came from). Is that a big drawback? I will be going to look at everything tomorow and I would like some suggestions as to what I should look for as to prevent buying a crap vehicle. Thanks guys

You want the 6 Cylinder 4.3 Liter engine in it. As long as those miles are highway miles, they're not so bad. (Provided that they've kept the oil changed, etc.)
