2001 Rodeo Hot Start Problem

I have a 2001 Rodeo that runs fine most of the time. However, when the air tempurature get high, mid 90s or so and above, and I have been driving for a bit and turn the car off, it will not restart. Engine temp is normal and I have to wait usually 20 minutes before it will start again and then it runs fine. I initially thought vapor lock to be the cause but through casual conversation of others, they seem to knock that one.

Sound like a bad fuel presser regulator; kinda common on +98 isuzu's. If you are the first owner it is covered under the 10yr 120k warranty.
