Question 2000 vs. 2001 same or diffrent??

my friend has a 2001 4runner and needs a hayes or chilton manuel??
we can get the 2000 book but want 2 know if there are any dirrerences??

thanks 4 the link, but all i saw was a guide for the motor and then another guide for the chassis..

to be honest this book is for a friend and i'm sure he does'nt want to spend $40 for the engine book and another $40 or whatever for the chasis.. which is why we were looking for a hayes or chiltons book which would be like $15 at the most...we found a chiltons for a 4runner but it's a 2000 model and my friend has a 2001. thats why i posted this thread to see if there is a chlitons/hayes book for a 2001 4runner and if there is'nt then what r the diffrences between a 2000 and 2001 (i.e. engine codes,body style ). could we use a 2000 book and not have any major differences between the 2?

Manual transmission was discontinued after 2000.
