'00 Cirrus - is there a lights-on chime?

I bought a 2000 Cirrus for my kids last year. From the first day we got the car, we noticed that if the headlights are left on after the car is turned off, there is no chime to alert the driver. Is this common to all Cirrus'? Assuming this is not normal, could it be a fuse, or is there a setting of some kind that can be adjusted? I see nothing about this in the owner's manual.

Thanks,
Rich

Hi Rich,
I have '99 Cirrus LXi and there is an option with the lights:
1. turn off the car -> 2. turn off the lights - the lights will lit for about 60 seconds, and then auto shut-off
1. turn off the lights -> 2. turn off the car - lights will be off

Try both options.

Miki
