Just purchased a 2007 rav4. The doors do not lock auto when you shift from park or are moving. Can this be changed?

That is usually a child saftey feature found on certain makes/models (Pontiac that I know of). You could probably have an aftermarket alarm system installed that may have this feature. Check with you local "trusted" car audio or accessories shop.
