Rad fans dont turn on please help, wifes daily commuter!!!
 They do work... i put a hot to them and they will run. But they dont run when the eng gets warm or hot or even when the vans turns on. I have replaced the temp sensor thats on the thermostat,( had to, pulled it out to have tested and the old one slid under the head) All the fuses have been checked and relays have be checked. What else could there be?

The fans will not come on till 222 degrees F, only a scan will tell you the engine temp and you can see the fans come on or not as the scanner displays the true temp, they will come on with the ac, though.

Nope - only when temp is above about 220, or the AC is on, or when certain DTCs are set.

the van got to midway with no fans, how much would 220 be on the gage?
