wheel fastenerjojox360 07-04-2007, 11:06 AM Hey. You know the kind of wheel fastener that has a bulbous head and like a cross in the middle and the key for it is in the glove box? Does anybody know what that kind of fastener is called? GTP Dad 07-04-2007, 04:20 PM I think you are talking about a wheel lock. They are common and if you lose the key you are out of luck removing the wheel from the car unless you know the exact number of the key that came with the locks. jojox360 07-04-2007, 10:17 PM Yeah i have the key but how should I get it off?Should I use a ratchet and socket and put the key inside? unclejohnny_69 07-06-2007, 01:36 PM You should properly fit the key inside the wheel lock and then use a tire tool (tire iron) to remove it.
