Can someone help me

ok here it goes. i have a 98 honda accord v tec. i step on the gas pedal and my car starts to choke, then it dies. i can have the car running for a long time with out driving it. once i put it in gear and start to drive it it chokes again. once the car dies and i try to turn it back on, i sometimes have trouble truning it back on. when i try to turn it on i get this white smoke coming out form my air intake. dont know what it could be. let me know if u can help.. thanks

Sounds to me like its running rich, or getting too much gas.
