92 accord idle problem(gangster)

I just bought a 92 accord and I noticed when it is in park or neutral it has a gangster idle.For those of you that have no idea what I am talking about it revs from 1000 to 2000 none stop,and when it is in drive it idles higher than it should.Any ideas would be great,thanks.

Check for vacuum leaks first...sucking air can do that
