Eventually reving it in neutral makes somthing break free and the engine revs and the car rolls like normal. Then i can put it in drive and everything is perfect till i put it into reverse or park again. It shifts fine while its driving and its full of fluid! I havent seviced it yet but im goin to, just curious if anyone has any ideas?

Mine kinda does that... if I'm on an incline (nose of car facing upwards), I can't go into reverse or neutral anymore without giving a bit of gas, then it goes THUMP and starts moving. It scares me  especially since it never did it before and I have 177,000 miles on my car
