whats your favorite driving music? I myself prefer something with a heavy beat. But lets hear what the rest of you are into?

ATM I've got on Creed, Live, Collective Soul, Avril Lavigne and Metallica in the stacker.

Nice choices there guys.....If I am alone in the car,I prefer the sweet sound of silence.If the tribe is travelling with me,anything loud enough to drown them out will do.

I'll listen to anything...all depends on the mood i'm in.
Mostly listen to rock...as long as it has a couple of 12"subs and bass i'm pretty happy :D

That is a nice progession from good friendly PC God bothering pop rock to some good old fashioned bring on the devil classic metal :ylsuper



If I really want some good driving music I listen to Pink Floyd.
Otherwise I have a good colection of Kiwi Rock, from Split Enz to Fur Petrol.

I like music for how it assaults or assuages my ear. I care not for petty idealism in my music. My music does not reflect what I beleive. Some other (OLDER) bands I like are Pink Floyd, Smashing Pumpkins, Guns 'n' Roses and U2. My taste in music is pure rock, but it has to be intelligible. And no screaming metal.
