power steering pump leaking

i dont know how or where from yet but i walked out in to the garage and the power steering fluid was all over the ground so we put it up on the lift and fill the fluid back up and cleaned it off so now its sitting and were gonna dry to find the leak that way any other ways to try thanx

Sounds like you have a good plan.
Just have a look and see where it is leaking and go from there

well i messed with it a little more and i found that when i took the pulley off it quit leaking then when i put it back on it started leaking so i just tapped on it with a hammer to push it back in thinking mabey it was stressing the o ring and it seems like it quit leaking but im not sure it needs to sit and ill see later

If it is leaking around the pulley shaft it is time for another pump or front shaft seal.
