Hey, I am selling a Ignition Lock Cylinder for a Cavalier or Sunfire, it came out of a 97, will work with 95-04 I believe. Came out of an automatic transmission car, turns without problem, and comes with matching GM key. A good thing to buy even if yours is fine, these cars have a habit of locking up. I am asking $30 plus shipping, and I have PayPal, cheaper than what a wrecker charges you for it.
