Re: 98 blazer

What kind of PCM did you get.
Rebuilt or new or used?
Rebuilt or new will usually will start but will need to be re programed for the car.

Does the fuel pump run?
Have you got spark to plugs?
Got injector pulse?
Rpm signal to the PCM.
Have you checked fuses and power feeds?
Any security lights on.
After market anti theft or remote start stuff on it?

Re: 98 blazer

If the security light is on do the key relearn or reset procedure.
Try key on for 10 minutes the off and back on for another 10 and then off and back on for 10 minutes.
Then see if the security lights goes out and if it will start.

You may have a problem re programing a used PCM but if it is a close match it may start and run or even work.
