Sea Foam?

I was told that I should use sea foam in my cars to clean the engine out. I have never herd of this stuff and what do you do with it and how does it work. Thanks

Sea foam is used to clean the inside of your engine. It cleans build up in the manifolds and intake valves. If you have a old car you can use sea foam to smoother idle, and faster rpm response. Google sea foam or look on ehow.com for DIY guides.
