Angry Mr2 Won't Start

Was Half Way Into Changing Out My Tranny When I Decided It Was Easier To Have It Done. I Put Everything Back Together And Connected The Starter And Installed The Positive Lead Back To The Batt. I Go To Start The Car And Nothing Happened... All I Get When I Turn The Key Is The Clicking Sound Of The Starter Relay And The Lites On Both The Radio And Clock Go Dim... Everyother Lite Works Fine......thought It Was The Batt So I Jumped It And Still Nothing...the Car Started Fine Before Removing The Starter So I Doubt Its The Starter.... I Reinstalled All The Grounding Straps And Connectors Properly.....i Spent All Day Trying To Figure Out Why The Stupid Thing Won't Start...why Is It The Clock And Radio Lites Go Dim As If It's Draining The Juice Somewhere? Can Anyone Help?
