Passive door locks?
93 Z24
Maybe somebody can help me.
When I shift out of park my doors lock but aren't they supposed to unlock when I shift back into park or shut the car off or something?

Nope. Newer cars do that, but not yours.

Are you sure? Drove another 93 cavalier I am pretty sure the locks unlocked after shutting off the car.
