13x7 on 89 crx

will a 13" by 7" wide wheel fit on a crx???? the tires can only be 195 wide and 70 series is the lowest they can be....shitty racing rules...

typically a 7'' wide rims would best go with a 205 or a 215 tire..

oh i def wish i could...but the lame track rules for my friends car is no wider than 195 and have to be 70 series tires.....LAME......
