Question 98 Golf Muffler rattles after tow hitch install

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how I can stop the muffler from rattling against the tow hitch I recently had installed at u-haul?

It's mostly an annoyance, but I'm sure once these things rattle together for too long some sort of damage is likely.

Is there a part I can install, or somehow fasten the muffler tighter to the frame?

I don't know what those guys did during install to make it so rattly but it's getting on my nerves already.

I guess I can just take the car back to them and tell them to fix it but I'm wondering if that's going to be more trouble than it's worth - especially if there's something I can do to quiet it on my own.
THANKS!!
