New Catalytic Converter. Now tons of problems. Please help!!

I have a 2002 Jetta 1.8T. The car was running great, no problems at all but I had the Check Engine light come on. I took it into the dealership and they said I need a new engine coolant temp sensor and a new catalytic converter. They replaced both parts and now the car is running like crap. The first hour of driving it ran well. But now it idles really rough and almost stalls out every couple of minutes. I've lost power, it's hesitating at low RPMS and it feels like my turbo is non-existent. I can hear the turbo spooling up but am just feeling hardly any power from it. Can anyone help me? Again, my car ran perfect until I had these new parts replaced.
