Re: boost

It has a tendancy to blow head gaskets at stock boost pressures, so........stock.

The bottom end will handle about 500 HP or so, but to get those kind of power levels you will have to change the fuel system, put in a metal head gasket, after market turbo kit, a decent inter cooler, etc......

Re: boost

if the engine's still on the ground, swap the headgasket and get some ARP studs.

It isn't as simple as swapping the gasket. In order to change out to a metal head gasket the block and head have to be milled. If you don't the head gasket won't seal.

LOL I remember one time telling you that and you blew me off saying you would be fine. Hmmm interesting.

Didnt say he wanted a MHG. Plus folks are making power off the stock redesigned HG with ARPs. I would almost lean towards the stocker if running 400 - HP at the crank.

Nothing with the 7M is ever simple.

Please stipulate what you really want and we can advise you better.
