manual tranny leaking fluid

I just traded for a 1994 f150 4 speed manual wit overdrive and it is leaking trans fluid from to back of thr tranny where it connects to the transfere case. what would case this and is there an easy fix? thanks for the help

easy fix is go to advance auto parts and buy a bottle of "rear main seal stop leak"

i doubt it works but you could try it

the best way is to replace the gasket that lies there.
