camber kit...what to do?

I have a 2000 civic CX. it was lowered by the privious owner but he did not do anything other than put lowering springs on it. So here I am with 3 bald tires that are only a year old.

I'm kind of a noobie to cars I just need sugestions on brands of camber kits to get (front and back). I realy am trying to stay under the $500 range if at all posable.

Any input would be great. Thanks!

depending on how much it was lowered, you may not need one.

Omni power is good, Skunk2, Ingalls. Check the toe angle its most likely off.
