You may have the wrong sensor, it sounds like the computer is thinking the engine is cold, so its constantly running it's cold cycle in effort to warm the engine.

What does the spray pattern of the injectors look like? Are they a nice cone and even?

What I mean was the computer may be getting the wrong signals from the coolant tempurature sensor and thinks the engine is cold even though it really is hot.
