Stupid retaining clip!

Does anyone out there know how to get the retaining clip that holds the brake line off the bottom section of the front struts? I'm trying to get my coils back into my '88 'Yota Camry and I can't get them on with the brake line still hooked to the strut.

Re: Stupid retaining clip!

Haynes manual says remove it with needle nose pliers. Shows a nice picture too. Check the Camry Factory Manuals "sticky" thread at the top of the forum.
