Rough Idle on 1995 Jimmy

I have a 1995 GMC Jimmy with about 150,000 miles on it. I am the second owner of this vehicle. It had 120,000 miles on it when I purchased it. At that time we had the fuel injector rail kit replaced because it was idling rough. The vehicle has just started idling very rough again when coming to a stop. The check engine light also goes on and off. It is at a point where it feels like it is going to stall. There is also a very bad miss in the exhaust and running very rich. I had the following parts replaced. EGR Valve & Screen, Idle Air Control Valve along with Water Pump, Radiator, Starter. These all were replaced in the past two weeks. We replaced the EGR Valve and Idle Air Control valve because of the code that was read by the scanner. We have spent so much money and the truck is still not running any better. Does anyone have any other suggestions to what could be causing this rough idle.
