Which is better?

I have a simple question, which spark plugs are better for a 92 GS with the K8 motor. I run 89 octane (mid-grade) all the time and was wondering which ones were the best known to be more efficent. The reason i am asking cause i know some cars dont like certain type of plugs. I use to own nothing but nissans and they dont like the Bosch Platinum plugs and i was wondering if there was a better type for the Mazda's.
Thanks.
