HELP! how can I post images?? (Resolved)

I read the FAQ about posting photos however at the bottom of my page it says MAY NOT post attachments? I also try to login at GALLERY and it keeps saying invalid login? Any help wanna try posting a WIP thread but I am sure you would all enjoy pictures more
