strange low fuel light problem

My low fuel light started coming on while making turns or stopping. Also the bell sounds. It does it wether the tank if full or even half tank. Is it the sender that is bad or the module that controls it? Any one else experience this?

Fuel Tank / Gauge & Alarm Issues

1994 Dodge Caravan, 3.0 L V6
At times the gas gauge drops to empty when the tank is more than half full. Warning light and bell come on. Know there is gas in the tank.

Shut the vehicle off. Let it sit for a minute. Restart. Problem gone.
Seems similar to this post and others.

Just started happening out of the blue. 72K miles.

Also, for a while know, the Check Engine light comes on, especially when on highway or coming up to highway speed. SHut vehicle off & restart - light stays off. Sometimes, just drop to neutral while driving, turn off ignition, and then restart - solves the problem.

Radio just suddenly appeared to fry. No clock - even if radio is off.
Blew the 25 Amp fuse. Replaced the fuse. New fuse blew immediately.
I suspect the radio unit is fried. Occassionaly get the "somethings burning" smell - perhaps chip in radio blown, or wiring problem, (meltdown)?

Anyone else with similar experiences?
