1. Jack car up.
2. Remove wheel.
3. Remove the brake line into the caliper.
4. Loosen/remove the two bolts holding the caliper to the bracket.
5. Put new pads in new caliper.
6. Reverse order the steps...put the caliper on, tighten bolts, put the brake line back on, etc...
7. Bleed brakes.
8. Enjoy.

yuri, mr.luos forgot one detail.......... you need to push back the hydraulic cylinders, usually theres two. if you dont push'em back, theres no way the caliper asembly will fit around the disc. and you dont need to remove brake lines, other than that you are set to go, it should take you 45 to an hour with the right tools.
