Rev Limiter on fouth and fifth gear?

Hi, my problem is i have 97 gt, and when im in fourth gear it will only get up to about 4,500 and it will shift, and while im in fifth gear i have a top speed limiter that kicks in at about 112. My question is does anyone know how to wire around the limiter in the computer, or remove it or the fuel shut off, i know it can be done my brother has had it done to his grand prix, but we cant remember how to do it?

Forget about it, cant be done. Everything is programmed into the computer. Youd have to change the programming.
