Go with a spring and strut combo.

Install is straight forwards. Use a spring compressor if your not sure what your doing.

I have the eibach prokit and kyb agx setup. (-1.4") drop all around.

Either works, but you may spend a bit less on Springs/Struts for a good setup as opposed to a good coilover setup. You don't have to get struts just yet with the springs but you will have to eventually. When you lower your car on stock struts you will eventualy blow them. You may as well go ahead and get struts with the springs.

Re: Cavalier Lower for look Not Proform

If you drive coil overs in the winter, you get crap stuck into the thread grooves and pretty much make them stuck in the position you set them at. Also, your looking at spending more moola to control the spring rate on them with very good struts. I have a good hunch you don't know what your doing yet. So i will advise you to stay away from them. I myself and looking at the Tein SS coil overs which are $1,300 bucks plus another 400 for the EDFC. My current setup ran me just shy of $800. My car is dry road summer driven only. and only gets waterless car washes, minus the wheels. I've had the prokit and agx's for 2 years now and it rides better in my opinion than my buddy's stock G35 suspension.
