i have 400 to put in to it and i think i'm gona put headers, intake, exhaust and a chip in and the 95 exhaust systems i saw were a lot cheaper

Dude, $400 will get you one or two things on that list. Exhaust is a pointless mod for your car. It will make it sound like crap and give you 0.03 HP. Get the intake and a new clutch/flywheel combo or something. Don't waste your money on the exhaust unless you're already making some good power. There are plenty of other areas to improve your car, like better tires, a lightweight flywheel(big hp increase), or lightweight rims.

eh, the only reason to get exhaust is if he plans on getting a sr16ve, which i highly doubt. otherwise, enjoy the reliablity of it.
