we bought a junk 96 sc1 saturn and put motor and trans in a 95 sc2.. the car runs fine but it doesnt shift right?? could it be the control module on the 96 motor that needs switched is there anything that we can do to fix it...thanks

How are your Tranny and motor mounts? Are they new or used? If there used I would check for cracks in the rubber mounts. Even if you check for cracks and there arn't any they could be worn out "weak." If not, I would assume that the motor and trany are some how tweeked and could be out of alignment. Check all for the mount bolts and bell housing bolts to make sure there tight. That is the only thing I can think of. If it is AT tranny, slight possibility that it could be the torque converter.
