Re: Opinion on wheels
IMO, the second one looks too Ferrari-ish
And the first is more for a "boxier" designed car.

Re: Opinion on wheels
You see 'Vette wheels on too many F-bodies tho. But on the other hand, with a 4th gen there to me, there isn't alot of choice. Third gens you could put just about anything on them and they look good. 2nd gens, a few things here and there, RS type looked best to me. 1st gens, again, like thirds, a little boxier and depending on the over all stance, almost anything works.

Re: Opinion on wheels
I guess I'm a little too "old school", not really into some of the newer designs. To me it's hard to beat the dragster/ pro street look of Weld Pro Stars, 10's out back and 7's up front.

Re: Opinion on wheels
Thats just it there is not a lot of options for wheels for the f-body. It's getting frustrating. I have a set of TT2's I got from a friend for 200 bucks but two of them are out of round from him loading up his S-10 with snow and hitting a pot hole. Could not tell till they balanced the wheels. So they look pretty good and would look better brand new. I just don't know what to do...lol damn it.

Re: Opinion on wheels
Personally, with a gold car what I think would look real nice would be like the third gen T/A huoneycomb wheels in black with gold or chrome bead rings.
I thnk a vette used the same style recently, the ZO6 with th e"splotch" on the fender

I'm not sure either. I just need to decide within the next week or so.

Re: Opinion on wheels
I'm not very original because I like the C5 Z06 rims on camaros. I think they go well. I don't however, like the C6 Z06 wheels on camaros. I like the design of them, and I think they look good, just not for camaros though.

Re: Opinion on wheels
Did a search and came up with something that looks similar to the TTII's (IMO), kinda pricey though.

Re: Opinion on wheels
IMHO... corvette rims belong on a corvette.
There ARE a lot of wheels out there Jer... most of them are total rice though. Only a few look good on maros - again imo - and then even fewer for the 4th gens. Need something droopy like, not all squared off, to match the body.
