GTS-4 Computer Question

I'm getting ready to upgrade injectors and turbo and will probably need a stand alone or at the lest a chipped computer. my question is, is there anything special or different about the gtst and gts4 computers, or can i mix the ECU's. i can find all kinds of junk for the gtst's but nothing for the 4's. a web page or just a few words would be greatly appreciated.
