Re: 1988 4x4 Blazer Amp wire
dont really know about an '88 but in my '95 i just cut a hole in the rubber gromet that the antenna wire goes through, and ran my amp wire through that also, then under carpet to back on the jimmy....
and im pretty sure an '88 would have antenna wire going through firewall also :P
DO NOT run it from the fuze box if the amp is going to be more than 60watt's the wires that go to the fuze box are exrememly thin, and the risk of a fire is extremly high if you do this...wilsons10 try running your amp for 20mins then feeling the wire harness on the inside of your fuze panel....guarantee it wont pleasent...i know theis personally, as i have a spotlight on my jimmy and i just popped the wire into the fuzebox and when im rabbit hunting at night and the spotlight is on for an hour or so the wires almost feel mushy...and the spotlight is only 100w
