Unhappy Real sad Kill story:

Heh - my first post on this cool board too :

I was driving home from work last night, and there was a squiril that had just been clipped. His ass was run over, and he was squirming in this 2 foot circle. So, I felt bad for the little bugger, turned around in a parking lot, and drove back to where he was still doing that sad little circle. So, I timed it just right that I planted both wheels of my 4200 lb sedan right over his tiny body. I heard the sickening sound of bones crunching - but felt good that I had helped to quicken the little guys death. I can't stand to see animals suffer.

Welcome to AF!

Bless your soul for your kindness, but that's not the type of "road kill" they were referring to.

Don't feel too bad. It's always best to avoid animals (unless it would cause you to wreck). But if you do hit them, hope you knock them stone-dead.

I've got one for ya

strangest road kill story i've heard: my sister was driving to her friend's house one day (middle of nowhere) and an owl flew down out of a tree straight into her front bumper!!! to make matters worse, she backed up to see what it was and if it was ok, and she backed over it!

wierdest thing i've done: i was coming home one sunny day when a rabbit hopped into my lane. seemed to be minding its own business, not paying attention. i had an suv soccer mom on my ass and someone coming at me (2 lane rural hwy) so i was unable to swerve to avoid it. it saw me at the last second and jumped straight up! the timing could not have been better, as it came down squarely into my license plate! i was doing about 75 (yes, soccer mom must have been in a very big hurry) so when it hit i believe it separated into about 49 pieces, many of which remained on my car! talk about poetic justice, i was on the same road the next day and some old woman in a lincoln hit it and flipped a couple good chunks onto my hood and windshield again!!! guess that rabbit got its revenge...
