Question '98 Squeaky bushings?

I have a bad squeak coming from under the Rodeo. Sounds like it is around the rear control arms but I'm not sure. It only does this in drive or reverse.

If I bounce on the bumper with the engine off it doesn't do it. It seems like the rear axle has to be loaded up with engine torque.

I checked the brake pads/rotors/calipers. All looked good. The shocks "appear" to be good. Maybe swaybar bushings?

Is there a common issue that can be pointed to?

Meanwhile, I'll be under the vehicle...

Re: '98 Squeaky bushings?

does it matter whether it is cold or not ?

i've had one since day one on my 1992 trooper. when it goes over bumps when it is cold. fine later in the day. under warranty they sprayed something on something and it would go away for awhile. i can try to look up whether there was a tsb on it, if it's the same condition.

is this a new thing for you? and you are sure it's not the rear door or glass? or jack?
