2004 malibu squeaking sound

Hello, I have a 2004 Malibu with roughly 56,000 miles on it. When I drive a squealing/squeaking noise emits from what sounds like the left front of the vehicle. But, it only squeaks/squeals when I have the steering wheel turned to the left. I don't think it's the power steering. This noise only happens when the vehicle is moving so I don't think it's the power steering. Wheel bearing perhaps? If anyone could give me some help with this it would be really appreciated.
