My brother in law needs an alternator for his 97 Chevy Express van but the sticker on the air intake has been scraped off. Now before I head off the to a auto parts I need to know what size 8 cyl motors were installed in the van. Maybe just one size 4.0, I'm quessing here.
If it's more than one size then I'll pick up both. Use the one that fits return the other with the core. Got a friend that needs the cash and will remove the old one and replace with a rebuilt. I can't do it right now. I'm on crutches, busted heel.
